Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in these regulations,-

(a) "Act" means the Higher Secondary Education Act, 2046.

(b) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Assembly and Council.

(c) ) "Vice-Chairman" means the Vice-Chairman of the Assembly and Council.

(d) "Member-Secretary" means the Member-Secretary of the Assembly and Council.

(e) “Management Committee” means the Higher Secondary School Management Committee under Rule 8.

(f) "Teacher" means a teacher teaching in a higher secondary school.
