Rule 19
<br> which may constitute sub-committees
The committee may form a subject sub-committee if it deems it necessary to form a sub-committee to carry out the work assigned to it in an orderly manner according to this regulation.
(2) The work, duties, powers and term of office of the sub-committee constituted as per sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the committee at the time of formation of such sub-committee.
