(1) Consumer groups, consumer committees and conservation area management councils formed in accordance with the Conservation Area Government Management Regulations, 2057 in the Kanchenjunga Conservation Area and the actions taken in accordance with these regulations shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these regulations after the implementation of this regulation.
(2) Apart from the regulations mentioned in sub-rule (1), if any permission has been obtained from the Government of Nepal regarding the use or management of the natural heritage within the conservation area in accordance with the prevailing law, it shall be in accordance with the permission until the expiry of the permission and after the expiry of the said permission shall be in accordance with this regulation.
