: (1) If there is any doubt as to the age of the children being stated differently, the age of such children shall be ascertained based on the document under Section 53 of the Act.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if there is any doubt regarding the age of the child, the age test should be done at a government hospital that has facilities for age testing.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule 2), in the absence of such a government hospital, there will be no hindrance for age testing from other hospitals in the same district or nearby districts where age testing facilities are available.
(4) According to sub-rule (2) b.3), the fee incurred during the age test shall be borne by the sending institution for testing.
