Rule 41
Choosing candidates

(1) In accordance with Rule 40, the election officer shall inform the relevant party of the number of seats to be obtained and the number of seats to be received by the party and to select and send the candidates according to the inclusive group to be represented.
(2) After receiving the information as per sub-rule (1), the party shall select the name of the candidate from among the candidates whose names are included in the final closed list of candidates as per sub-rule (1) according to sub-section (6) of section 29 of the Act and submit it to the commission.< br> (3) According to sub-rule (2), when choosing the name of a candidate of an inclusive group, the name of the candidate who is in the lower order cannot be chosen without choosing the name of the candidate who is in the upper order of such inclusive group.
(4) According to this rule, when the party selects and sends the candidate, it should be sent in such a way that the person with disability is also represented as much as possible.
