(1) The Election Officer shall, as far as possible, begin the counting of votes for both the election systems at the place, date and time mentioned in the notification under Section 50 of the Act.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the counting of votes cannot be started at the same time, the counting of votes in the election according to the election system of the first to be elected shall be done first.
