If the election representative, polling representative or counting representative is not appointed in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act or if the candidate, any of his representatives or party representatives are not present when they are required to be present or if any of them does not do what they are supposed to do Voting or counting of votes will not be stopped for the same reason and such work will be considered to be in accordance with the law.
