(1) After the expiry of the specified time for withdrawing names according to sub-section (2) of section 6, the election officer shall prepare a list of the remaining candidates and publish one copy immediately in his office and send one copy to the commission.
(2) Names of the candidates will be written sequentially according to the Nepali alphabet in the list according to sub-section (1).
