Rule 66
Creditors and shareholders are entitled to inspect the documents
according to rule 65, registered copies of mortgages and other documents encumbering the property of the corporation and any such registered documents shall be inspected by the creditors and shareholders upon payment of the fee prescribed by the committee and in compliance with the restrictions imposed by the corporation in this regard. It should be kept open. But the time allowed for such inspection shall not be less than 2 hours on the day the office is open.
