Rule 2
Definition
In these Rules unless the subject or context requires otherwise–
(a) "Act" means the Gorkhapatra Corporation Act, 2019.
(b) “Share” means the prescribed share of the Corporation.
(c) "Dividend" means the amount paid as profit on shares and this term also refers to bonus.
(d) "Representative" means duly authorized representative (e) "Secretary" means the Managing Director acting as Secretary of the Committee.
