(1) If the owner of a debenture is a minor or a minor, in the case of a minor debenture holder, his mother or father and in the case of a minor debenture holder, his spouse or mother or father may be the guardian.< /p>

If the mother or father or husband or wife is not a wealthy guardian and other person wants to be the guardian, the specified conditions must be fulfilled. Or may give it to the guardian as per sub-section (1) from time to time.
