(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the principal and interest payment of the following debentures shall be as follows:-

(a) In the bank account of principal and interest payment of stock, the stock in whose name registered to the holder thereof,

(b) payment of interest on the principal of the promissory note to the holder of the said promissory note or to the last person nominated by the bench from such holder of such promissory note,

(c) interest on the principal of the bearer bond Payment to the person bringing the bearer bond certificate, and

(d) payment of the principal of the prize bond to the person bringing the prize bond certificate.

(2) Clause (d) of sub-section (1) ) to the person who comes with the prize bond certificate, the interest payment will be as prescribed.
