Rule 41
The amount that can be deducted from the bond
If the amount to be paid according to the installments of the bond is kept unpaid, the amount can be deducted from the related bond at any time as decided by the committee. But the amount to be deducted will not exceed 5 percent of the amount paid in the related bond.
