(1) The Government of Nepal may make necessary arrangements to provide discounts, facilities, concessions or services to foreign investors in accordance with this Act and other prevailing laws through a single point service center.
(2) While managing the services provided by the single point service center according to sub-section (1), necessary arrangements will be made to provide the following services:- Industry registration and industry administration, foreign investment and loan approval, company registration and company administration, labor approval, visa facility , measuring and controlling the quality of products produced by the industry, approval of environmental study reports, energy and infrastructure development and necessary coordination and contact point (focal point) between other agencies, concessions, facilities, permanent accounting number provided by the industry, foreign exchange approval, Any service related to other work to be done for the industry in accordance with this Act and the regulations made under this Act.
(3) A single point service center may be designated to provide other services in accordance with prevailing laws in addition to the service facilities provided under this section.
