Rule 20
Prepare and publish invoices under sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Act
(1) After conducting the necessary investigation according to Rule 19, the District Land Reforms Officer shall prepare a invoice in the form of Schedule-8 for each land owner whose land exceeds the maximum limit specified in Section 7 of the Act and post it on the notice board of his office or the office of the local District Development Committee. “C will publish.
(2) 1 copy of each Fatwari prepared and published by the District Land Reforms Officer should also be sent to the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Land Reforms and Law.
