(1) According to Rule 6, after determining the level of a drug and the method to be adopted for the test or analysis of that drug, the department shall implement the level and test or analysis method of such drug.< /p>

(2) According to sub-rule (1), the department may seek the advice of the drug advisory committee regarding the problems encountered while implementing the drug level test or analysis method according to sub-rule (1) and the department will implement the test or analysis method of such drug based on the advice given by the said committee.
