Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in these regulations, (a) “Act” means the Medicines Act, 2035.
(b) "Department" means the Drug Administration Department.
(c) "Container" means a container of any shape or form in which the medicine can be safely stored without any adverse effects.
(d) "Dosage" means the quantity of any medicine administered at one time for the purpose of consumption by the patient.
