Rule 60
Hospitalization of seriously ill patients
If a prisoner or detainee suffering from serious illness is admitted to a hospital for treatment, he will be kept under full-time guard on behalf of the prison. In this way, if the jailer gives an order not to allow a certain type of criminal or accused person to talk to others, they will not be allowed to talk to them.
