(1) One hundred and twenty-five (125) pounds or fifty-seven (57) kilos of hard explosives or more must be stored in a permanent magazine that cannot be penetrated by bullets and cannot be stolen or burned, and the structure of that permanent magazine will be as written in Schedule 6. br> (2) Hard explosives weighing less than one hundred and twenty-five (125) pounds or fifty-seven (57) kilograms must be stored in a permanent magazine as mentioned in sub-rule (1) or in a box-type magazine as written in Schedule 7.
(3) Every magazine should be at least 110 meters away from any settlement or factory. Where there is such a magazine there should be a fire extinguisher and fire extinguisher.
