Section 27
Confession forest can be withdrawn

(1) If the party to the agreement or anyone else commits any act contrary to the action plan or causes damage to the forest, the Divisional Forest Officer may decide to take back such confessional forest as prescribed, and the person who commits such acts shall treat the organization or community as if he committed an offense in any other national forest. will be punished. But before taking the decision to withdraw the confession, the concerned party will be given a reasonable opportunity to present his explanation.
(2) The party who is not satisfied with the decision taken by the Divisional Forest Officer to withdraw the recognized forest in accordance with sub-section (1) may appeal to the Director General of the Department within thirty-five days of the decision.
(3) The decision made by the Director General of the Department in relation to the complaint made under sub-section (2) shall be final.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, if there is any work in the forest area provided under sub-section (2) of section 26 that is detrimental to forest conservation, the Government of Nepal may at any time decide to withdraw such recognized forest and the forest managed by the forest government that has been withdrawn in this way It should be managed accordingly.
