Section 32
Lease of Kabuliyati forest

(1) An organized organization, industry or community established in accordance with the prevailing law that wants to take recognition forest for the purposes mentioned in section 31, the area of ​​the forest and the four forts, planned program of activities to achieve the purpose and other specified details and financial feasibility report An application should be submitted to the Provincial Forest Director.
(2) If any application is received according to sub-section (1), the Provincial Forest Director shall, after conducting the necessary investigation, send it in writing to the Ministry through the directorate for approval along with his recommendation to provide the confessional forest as requested by the applicant or in addition to it. If there is an increase or decrease in the request of the petitioner while sending it in writing, the consent of the petitioner must be obtained.
(3) After receiving the letter for approval in accordance with sub-section (2), the Ministry shall decide whether to grant approval within thirty days from the date of receipt of the relevant letter and shall inform the provincial ministry through the department and the provincial ministry shall inform the directorate.
(4) Upon receipt of information as per sub-section (3), if the Ministry decides to grant approval, within thirty days from the date of receipt of such information, the State Forestry Director shall prepare a forest-related lease as prescribed and take the prescribed fee and provide the applicant with the concession forest along with the lease and the decision of the Ministry not to grant approval. For doing so, the information should be given to the applicant within three days from the date of receiving such information.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, the communities below the poverty line shall submit an application to the Divisional Forest Officer for disclosure of the details as per sub-section (1). But the community applying in this way does not have to submit the economic feasibility report.
(6) If any application is received in accordance with sub-section (5), the Divisional Forest Officer shall, after conducting the necessary investigation and deeming it appropriate to provide such forest as a recognized forest, shall grant the lease to the applicant. The divisional forest officer can approve the action plan related to the management of the confessional forest provided in this way.
