Section 171
Dissolution of the Company Board
(1) The Company Board formed in accordance with Section 169 shall be automatically dissolved from the date the Government of Nepal publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette and appoints a court in accordance with this Act.
(2) After the company board is dissolved in accordance with sub-section (1), the appointment of the chairman, members and other employees working on that board shall automatically terminate and no compensation or additional amount shall be paid to them. If there are employees assigned to that board from other offices, their jobs will be terminated automatically.
(3) After the dissolution of the company board in accordance with sub-section (1), all the cases and the related petitions which are being processed by the board in accordance with this act or pending decision shall be transferred to the court.
