Section 157
Authority
 (1) A foreign company to be registered in accordance with section 154 shall establish a company in the prescribed format by providing the authority to receive information related to lawsuits or legal proceedings on its behalf or against it, or to receive any other lawful information. A copy of the authorized representative of the company has been appointed in accordance with the law of the country where the head office of the company is located. (2) In addition to other things, in the letter of authority given in accordance with sub-section (1), it shall be mentioned that the deadlines or notices or other legal notices related to lawsuits on behalf of or against the company shall be binding on the company for any purpose if submitted to the authorized representative.
