Section 168
Formation of the Company Advisory Board
 (1) The Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette in order to study the practical problems encountered in the implementation of this Act and the existing laws related to company administration, and to advise the Government of Nepal on the issue of timely reforms in the existing Company Law and the reform of company administration as required. And the company advisory board consisting of at least nine members including a representative of the Federation of Nepal Industry and Commerce, one person who has at least graduated from the law, accounting business, tax administration, commerce or business administration in the private sector and has at least seven years of experience in that subject and has worked for at least seven years. will form. The registrar will be a member-secretary of the company advisory board.
(2) When the advisory board is formed according to sub-section (1), one of the members of the board shall be designated as the chairman in the same notification.
(3) The Company Advisory Board shall submit the annual report of the activities carried out in accordance with sub-section (1) to the relevant Ministry of the Government of Nepal.
(4) In addition to publicizing the report submitted in accordance with sub-section (3), the concerned ministry shall arrange for it to be available to the general public at a reasonable price.
