Section 38
Company to submit periodic statement to Debenture Trustee
: (1) According to section 36, after the agreement between the company and the Debenture Trustee, the company shall submit its financial transaction statement to the Debenture Trustee every six months.
(2) If there is a change in the management of the company or any change in ownership after the debenture has been raised, the company shall inform the debenture trustee within seven days of such change.
