Section 560
<br> not to deliver goods in quantities different from those agreed upon
If the seller brings the goods to be delivered in a quantity less than that mentioned in the contract, the buyer can refuse to deliver such goods. But if the goods are delivered in such quantity, the buyer will have to pay the price of such quantity at the rate mentioned in the contract.
(2) If the seller delivers more than the amount specified in the contract, the buyer can accept the quantity specified in the contract and refuse to accept the rest or the entire quantity. However, if the entire item delivered by the buyer is delivered, he will have to pay the full price at the rate mentioned in the contract.
(3) If the seller brings a different item from the description of the item mentioned in the contract, the buyer may accept the item mentioned in the contract and refuse to deliver the remaining item or the entire item.
(4) Except as otherwise provided in the contract, the buyer shall not be obliged to deliver the goods repeatedly.
(5) If the buyer refuses to accept the goods delivered by the seller, the buyer will not be obliged to return the refused goods, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. But the buyer has to give the seller a notice with the reason for refusing to accept the goods by fast means.
