Section 506
A person capable of contracting

(1) Any person other than the following shall be competent to enter into a contract:-
(a) Minors,
(b) Host not at address.Explanation:
(1) A person who is not usually at the home address but is sometimes at the home address may enter into a contract while at the home address.
(2) A person who is usually at the home address but sometimes not at the home address cannot enter into a contract when he is not at the home address.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), a person deemed incapable of entering into a particular contract according to law shall not be deemed capable of entering into such contract.
(3) If a contract is made on behalf of a disabled or semi-capable person, his guardian or guardian may enter into the contract.
(4) When a contract is entered into on behalf of a legal person, the decision of the director or directors authorized to manage and operate such person shall be made or the person authorized by him.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, a person who is deemed incapable of entering into a contract in accordance with this paragraph shall be deemed to be capable of entering into a contract in such matter if there is a provision in which he can enter into a contract in accordance with other laws.
