Conditions of non-fulfilment of the contract
It is not necessary to perform the work according to the contract or to comply with the contract in any of the following situations:
(a) If one party to the contract exempts the other party from fulfilling the obligations under the contract,
(b) A revocable contract If the revocable party has rescinded,
(c) If the performance of the contract cannot be performed due to the breach of the contract by the other party,
(d) If the contract is not required to be performed according to any provision of this part,
