Other provisions related to the Debt Recovery Tribunal
: (1) The organizational structure of the Debt Recovery Tribunal shall be as approved by the Government of Nepal.
(2) Remuneration and service conditions of the Chairman and members of the Debt Recovery Tribunal and other arrangements related to operations shall be as approved by the Government of Nepal.
