: If a person within the jurisdiction of this Act has done in the course of his duty with good intentions someone dies or someone is injured, such person cannot be prosecuted in any court. But the offenses mentioned in section 62 and 66 are not considered to be acts done with good intentions in the course of duty. Explanation: For the purposes of this section, "any act done in good faith in the line of duty" means the act done in the course of duty as well as the act done for internal security or self-defense, including flag march, patrolling, flat duty.
