Any person employed as a director, managing director, employee or auditor of the Corporation as such director, managing director, employee or auditor to defend on behalf of the Corporation in any civil or interest case or a judgment in his favor by a court in relation to a petition under this Act If there is or if he is given free time, the liabilities incurred by him will be fulfilled from the funds of the corporation.
