Section 6
Appointment of staff and consultants
(1) The Institute may appoint employees and advisers as required and their appointment and service conditions shall be as prescribed.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may, from time to time, increase or decrease the ranks of the employees of the institute if it deems it necessary.
