(1) Even after adjustment according to section 6 and 7, if the post accepted in the service of the province or local level according to section 3 cannot be filled, the relevant person who has been retained in the bridge post according to sub-section (1) of section 19 in the vacant position. (5) Assigned according to this section The employee will be eligible to be promoted to the service position of the province or local level to which he is assigned.
(7) The position of an employee appointed in accordance with this section shall be deemed to be vacant in any of the following cases and the concerned province or local level shall send a request for filling the position to the Provincial Public Service Commission to fill such vacant position:-

(b) If he is transferred or promoted to a post in the service of the Union,

(c) If he is promoted in the service of his respective province or local level, or
(d) his In case of death.
(8) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (7), until the Provincial Public Service Commission is formed, a request shall be sent to the Public Service Commission through the Ministry for filling up the post.
(9) ) According to this Act, the employees who have been adjusted to the service positions of the Union may be assigned to work at the provincial or local level based on the demand of the respective province or local level.
