Employees of Nepal Health Service working in Karnali Regional Hospital, Jumla during the commencement of this Act, who wish to work in the institution, shall submit an application to the Ministry of Health and Population within six months from the date of commencement of the rules regarding staff service made under this Act.
(2) If the government of Nepal approves the employees who apply as per sub-section (1) to remain as employees of the establishment, such employees will be considered as employees of the establishment.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the service period worked in the health service by the employees staying in the establishment shall be counted in the service period of the establishment.
