: (1) If it is necessary to request an employee from the civil service, security agency or public organization for special work of the authority during a disaster, the authority may send a written request to the relevant organization or agency.
(2) If written in accordance with sub-section (1), the related organization or agency shall assign the employee to the authority as per the demand.
