7. Arrangements related to staff: (1) The committee will have the required number of staff.

(3) According to sub-section (2) the committee may provide additional facilities to the employees who are employed in the committee by paying from their own resources. Provisions related to the service, conditions and facilities of the employees shall be in accordance with the law related to their service conditions.

(5) If the staff as per sub-section (2) is not sufficient for the committee, then the committee shall appoint the necessary staff through open competition after obtaining the prior approval of the Ministry to cover it from its own resources.

(6) The remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the employees appointed in accordance with sub-section (5) shall be as prescribed.
