2. Definitions

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order,-

(a) “Chairman” shall mean the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Hospital" means Rapti Zonal Hospital.
(c) "Hospital Head" shall mean the Hospital Head as per section 6.
(d) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
(e) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Health and Population (f) "Member" shall mean a member of the Committee and the term shall include the Chairman of the Committee and the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
(g) "Committee" means the Rapti Zonal Hospital Development Committee constituted as per section 3.
