Provisions related to personnel
: (1) In order to carry out the work of the board smoothly, the executive head may appoint the necessary advisers, officers and assistants as prescribed.
(2) The remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the advisers, officers and assistants appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(3) The employees of the board appointed according to sub-section (1) shall work in a responsible manner towards the committee and the executive head.
