(1) For the purposes of the Board, there shall be the necessary number of employees in the office.
(2) The number of posts and organizational structure (organogram) of employees as per sub-rule (1) shall be as approved by the Government of Nepal.
(3) The Government of Nepal shall provide the employees as per sub-rule (1) from the civil service or from public institutions. The remuneration and facilities of the employees thus available will be as determined by the Board.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (3), the following employees may be appointed on contract of service by the office itself with the approval of the Board:-
(a) Expert, advisor or consultant,
(b) Staff working in the Secretariat of the Office (Private Secretary, Office Secretary, Receptionist)
(c) Computer Operator,
(d) Light vehicle drivers, messengers, office assistants or other similar employees.
