8. Arrangements related to staff: (1) The committee will have the required number of staff for the operation of the committee.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the committee may appoint employees on contract basis as per requirement after obtaining the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the wages, service conditions and facilities of the employees appointed in the contract shall be as mentioned in the same contract.
(4) At the request of the committee, the ministry may depute employees to work on the committee as needed. The employees of the Government of Nepal or the organized organizations wholly or partially owned by the Government of Nepal can also be appointed in this way.
(5) According to sub-section (4), the employees assigned to work will get the facilities as specified by the committee.
