(1) The employees who have been adjusted according to this Act must appear compulsorily at the service posts of the provincial or local level within twenty one days except for the period of travel.
(2) Subsection (1) ) notwithstanding anything written in the said position, an employee who is under the following conditions at the time of adjustment shall report to the post adjusted within thirty five days after the expiry of the following period:-
(a) Maternity leave or by an employee on maternity leave such leave has expired,
(b) such leave has expired by an employee on maternity leave,
(c) the termination of such suspension by an employee under suspension,
(d) the termination of such leave by an employee on extraordinary or study leave,< /p>
(e) Discharged from the hospital by an employee admitted to hospital due to illness.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in existing law, sub-section (1) Or the employee who does not appear within the period as per (2) shall be retired from service by the officer authorized to order departmental punishment according to the prevailing law. An opportunity shall be given.
(5) Public Service Commission shall be consulted regarding the retirement of an employee from service as per sub-section (3).
(6) An employee who is retired as per sub-section (3) shall get the facilities according to law.
(7) The administrative head or officer of the relevant agency shall present and assign responsibility to the employees who are adjusted at the provincial or local level according to this Act.
(8) Subsection (7) ) the officer who does not appear and does not give responsibility will be punished according to the prevailing law.
