(1) The number of employees required for the operation of the committee will remain.
(2) During the commencement of this order, the employees working in the special economic zone project may be converted into employees of the committee as determined by the committee as per the requirement.
(3) The Government of Nepal will provide the necessary staff for the committee until the staff is arranged as per sub-section (1) and (2).
(4) The appointment, remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of the employees of the committee shall be as prescribed.
(5) When appointing an employee according to sub-section (4), the approval of the Ministry of Finance regarding the appointment of the employee must be obtained before that.
