(1) Seventy percent of the amount remaining after the distribution of bonus from the amount allocated for bonus according to section 5 shall be "welfare fund established according to prevailing law" in the welfare fund established according to section 37 and the remaining thirty percent of the establishment. It will be deposited in the national level welfare fund set up by the Government of Nepal to arrange for the welfare of the employees.

(1A) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), out of the amount set aside for bonuses by the establishment owned by the Government of Nepal in accordance with Section 5 Twenty percent of the remaining amount after bonus distribution shall be deposited in the welfare fund established in accordance with Section 37 of the "Welfare Fund established in accordance with prevailing laws" and the remaining eighty percent shall be deposited in the national level welfare fund established by the Government of Nepal to provide for the welfare of the institution.< /div>
