A person shall be deemed to have committed an offense against this Act if he commits any of the following acts:-
(a) In case of using the symbol (logo) of the accreditation certificate without obtaining the accreditation certificate in accordance with this Act or during the period when the accreditation certificate is suspended,
(b) June: If the logo of the Center is used during conformity testing of areas other than that for which an accreditation certificate has been granted,
(c) If an organization with an accreditation certificate recognizes a low-quality or poor-quality product or service as a quality product or service while testing the conformity of an organization, or
(d); If any other act is done contrary to this Act.
