(1) The Center shall have a fund of its own.
(2)-_The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Amounts received from Government of Nepal,
(b): Amount received for services rendered by the Centre,
(c) funds received from domestic associations, organizations or individuals, and (d) funds received from foreign governments, organizations, individuals or international associations, organizations.
(3) Before receiving the funds as per clause (d) of sub-section (1), the Center shall take the approval of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.
(4) All expenses incurred by the center including day-to-day administration of the center shall be borne by the fund.
