Section 49
Offenses
Except as otherwise provided in this Act or the rules made under this Act, if any person commits any of the following acts or commits any of the following acts, he shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act.
(a) If the land within the National Forest is registered or caused to be registered contrary to sub-section (1) of section 7,
(b) in the event of entry into an area prohibited under section 9,
(c) Cutting down national forest or plowing, digging, mining, mining, construction of roads and other infrastructure in the forest area. If you do, build a house or shed, operate a business or do encroachment,
(d) setting fire to a national forest or doing any act likely to cause a fire,
(e) If any quadruped enters or grazes within the prohibited forest area,
(f) In case of removal of forest produce from the national forest area, transportation or sale distribution or removal or theft of forest produce kept in Ghatgatti,
(g) If any trees or saplings of the national forest area are cut, stripped of branches, stripped or stripped of bark or damaged in any manner,
(h) In case of any other damage to forest produce by negligence while cutting, felling, dragging or removing trees from the national forest after obtaining permission,
(j) If stones, gravel, sand or soil are taken from the river flowing through the forest area, stones or lime is burnt or other preparations are made or collected from these items and mineral substances are extracted or collected,
(j) In case of damage to the forest produce by violating the conditions of the grant to take the forest produce,
(k) In case of export of forest produce which is prohibited for export abroad,
(l) If the forest boundary is uprooted, moved, altered, erased or damaged,
(d) cutting, defacing or erasing official stamps, marks, or markings affixed to wood or standing trees,
(d) cutting, breaking, uprooting or otherwise damaging plants in nurseries or plantations,
(n) damaging or stealing poles, wire fences or other such property in nursery or plantation areas,
(t) HuntingIf playing, keeping wild animals, transporting or selling them,
(th) If the industry based on the production of bananas keeps forest products contrary to the prevailing law,
(d) If the officer or member of the consumer group embezzles the funds in the name of the interest of the group and does any act contrary to the statute and work plan of such group,
(d) If any other act is done contrary to this Act and the rules made under this Act.
