Section 29
Crime and punishment

(1) A person shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act if he does or causes to be done any of the following:-
(a) Acts contrary to sub-sections (1), (2) and (4) of section 3,
(b) an act contrary to sub-section (2) of section 4,
(c) an act contrary to sub-section (1) of section 5,
(d) work contrary to section 6,
(e) Acts contrary to sub-sections (2), (3) and (4) of section 7,
(f) Acts contrary to section 9,
(g) Acts contrary to sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 10,
(h) an act contrary to sub-section (3) of section 11,
(i) Acts contrary to sub-section (4) of section 12,
(j) Work contrary to sub-section (2) of section 13,
(k) Acts contrary to section 14,
(l) Acts contrary to sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 15,
(d) Acts contrary to section 16,
(l) Work contrary to section 18,
(n) Acts contrary to sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 19,
(p) Acts contrary to section 21,
(th) Acts contrary to section 22,
(d) acts contrary to sub-sections (1), (3) and (7) of section 23,
(d) Acts contrary to sub-section (1) of section 26,
(n) work contrary to sub-section (1) of section 27.
(2) An offense under subsection (1) shall be punishable with imprisonment up to three years or a fine up to thirty thousand rupees or both.
(3) An offense under clauses (c), (d), (t), (th), (d), (d) or (n) of sub-section (1) shall be a Nepal government act and such offense shall be punishable under the Civil Criminal Procedure Code (Code). It shall be considered as included in Schedule-1 of the Act, 2074.
