(1) There shall be established a Council named Nepal Medical Council.

(2) The Council shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession. The organization shall have a separate stamp for all its activities.

(3) The council shall acquire, keep, register, grant contracts and do all other things deemed necessary to fulfill the purpose of this Act.

(4) The council may file an appeal as an individual and may be appealed as an individual.
