(1) The council shall keep a register of persons who have obtained the certificate of legal practitioner.
(2) The council shall keep the schedule as per sub-section (1) up to date (3) In case of the death of a legal practitioner or if a legal practitioner applies to have his name removed from the registry or if a legal practitioner has a decision to revoke his certificate in a proceeding related to ungovernance, the name of such legal practitioner shall be removed from the registry and the information thereof shall be given to the Supreme Court. > (4) If the council decides to suspend the certificate of a legal practitioner as a result of disciplinary proceedings, the said action shall be recorded in the relevant book.
