(1) In order to provide legal assistance to the needy, the relevant committee shall prepare a list of separate legal practitioners from among the members of the Nepal Bar Association to deal with issues of a different nature or subject.

However, the relevant legal practitioner who is not satisfied with the removal of the name of a legal practitioner from the list may appeal as prescribed.

(4) The relevant committee shall provide remuneration to the legal practitioner providing legal assistance as prescribed.
